Atlanta

Atlanta is where I was born, and it’s where I’m studying now — Finance with a Real Estate minor at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient in the Honors Program. Midtown’s skyline is literally my campus view.

My focus here is commercial real estate: office, industrial, multifamily, and the development pipeline reshaping the metro. The long-term goal is institutional — underwriting real assets at scale — and Atlanta is the market where I’m building that muscle: tracking deals, studying submarkets, and learning the players.

The approach is the same one I grew up with on the coast, applied to a bigger map: know the record, know the parcels, know the people — then let the data confirm what the street already told you.
