The Marshes of Glynn — tidal creek and marsh grass with the St. Simons treeline on the horizon

Saint Simons, Sea Island, Jekyll Island, Brunswick. Eight generations of my family have called this coast home — I work its residential market with a data lens.

Eight generations deep

I grew up on Saint Simons Island — the eighth generation of my family to live there. That kind of history changes how you see a market. The streets, the marsh lots, the families, the way parcels have traded hands for a century: it’s not research to me, it’s memory.

My focus here is residential — the homes, cottages, and island lots of Saint Simons and Sea Island. I hold a Georgia real estate license with AIKEN Real Estate, our family brokerage serving the Saint Simons, Sea Island, and Jekyll Island corridor.

On top of that local footing I build data — my Glynn Intel platform resolves deed records, parcels, planning applications, and transaction history for Glynn County into one picture of the market. Local roots, verified by the record.
